Crossfit:


WOD:

Scaled starting from 10 to 1, with 10 burpees intervaled:

  • Snatch squat(started with 20kg and closed 27)
  • Burpees

For the first time I haven’t closed a wod and in 20 mins I stopped at the 5th burpee of the last round.

Strength:

3 series of 2 reps each of front squat.

I did then first with 35kgs and then with 40.

Crossfit:

I’ve found a lovely box in Oslo.

WOD:

3 Round For Time:

  • 400m
  • 15 ring dip(scaled)
  • 30 wall ball with 6kg

Closed in 16.32 mins.

Strength:

4 rounds of 6 reps each of back squat with 45kgs.
