Scaled starting from 10 to 1, with 10 burpees intervaled:
- Snatch squat(started with 20kg and closed 27)
For the first time I haven’t closed a wod and in 20 mins I stopped at the 5th burpee of the last round.
3 series of 2 reps each of front squat.
I did then first with 35kgs and then with 40.
I did a 5 km run in 32 mins.
Also enjoyed this Thai-invented soup:
It had ginger, garlic, onion, mushrooms, iceberg salad, carrots and various fish balls and fish tofu!
I’ve found a lovely box in Oslo.
3 Round For Time:
- 15 ring dip(scaled)
- 30 wall ball with 6kg
Closed in 16.32 mins.
4 rounds of 6 reps each of back squat with 45kgs.
